You will need to obtain a "NOTE VERBALE" from the sending organization or, in the case of Brazilian officials, from the Foreign Ministry
if you are traveling to the United States on official government or international organization business as an Official Representative of:
- The Brazilian government;
- Recognized International Organizations (IMF, World Bank, WHO etc.); or
- Embassies or Consulates located in Brazil;
