In order to get information and schedule an appointment online you must make a payment of R$38.00 to obtain a PIN. This fee includes access to visa information both on the web and through operators at the call center.
The PIN is valid for 180 days from the date of payment. If you need to schedule a new appointment you should cancel your current appointment and acquire a new password. Verify here the list of holidays.
With this PIN you may schedule up to five members of the same family. Any applicants that are not immediate family members must obtain their own PIN and schedule separately. Members of the same family will be interviewed at the same time, therefore they must live in the same state as the primary applicant.
There are three payment options for accessing this service:
- Payment by Credit Card (This option is processed online and offers immediate access to the service upon approval of payment.)
- Payment by Debit Card (This option is processed online and offers immediate access to the service upon approval of payment.)
- Payment by Citibank Boleto (There are multiple options to process this payment. You must wait 24 hours to access the service after processing your payment.)
Currently, all payments made by bank invoice can only be validated by calling our call center at 21 4004-4950.
