This service will allow you to obtain visa information and schedule your visa appointment quickly and easily. You must make a payment of R$38.00 to obtain a PIN that will allow you access to the information service and to schedule your visa appointment. This fee includes access to visa information both on the web and through operators at the call center.

The PIN is valid for 180 days from the date of payment. If you need to reschedule your appointment you must purchase a new PIN. You may reschedule up to 2 business days prior to your appointment date. Verify here the list of holidays.

With this PIN you may schedule up to five members of the same family. Any applicants that are not immediate family members must obtain their own PIN and schedule separately. Members of the same family will be interviewed at the same time, therefore they must live in the same state as the primary applicant.
