IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please be advised that people selling Embassy/Consulate forms are not Embassy or Consulate staff or affiliated with the Embassy or Consulate in any way. In addition, because all necessary forms are available free online, consular posts will not provide them. Applicants should carefully prepare all documentation before arriving for their interview. The forms required to apply for a nonimmigrant visa including the DS-156, DS-157, and DS-158 can be accessed through the Embassy/Consulate websites. These forms can also be completed on this site by answering all of the questions asked during the process of getting information on how to apply for a visa and making an appointment for a visa interview.
